Our Vision

Among these young people eager to develop their community, we find Wilgintz Polynice. He was born and raised in Fonds-Parisien. However, he had the privilege of traveling to the United States to undertake graduate studies. Along his journey, he was able to identify the specific educational and social needs of his village.

He became a Catholic priest in order to increase his experiences and begin in-depth studies allowing him to live up to his vision. Being a priest and recognized under the name of Wilgintz Polynice SDB (Salesians of Don Bosco), he has allied himself with other Haitian or foreign volunteers working in different countries around the world, in particular Madame Marie Necy POLYNICE, who support his project of 'one way or another with a view to its accomplishment.

Hence the creation of the Naty de Savio Technical Center (CTNS).

Fonds-Parisien is a communal section of the commune of Ganthier, located in the east of Haiti, in the rounded part of Croix-des-Bouquets, near Etang-Saumâtre on the road to Malpasse.

Being nearly a stone's throw from the border to the Dominican Republic, it is recognized for its hospitality due to its cultural diversity, and the center of trade with the neighboring country.

Fonds-Parisien is a village whose inhabitants are driven by the desire to help each other and develop their community. This is why the majority of young people who leave their hometown often retrace their steps in order to provide and allow their fellow villagers to benefit from the financial, educational and professional support they need for their full development within the community.

The Naty de Savio Technical Center (CTNS) is a vocational training school enabling young people, more particularly those from Fonds-Parisien, to acquire technical and practical knowledge for the development of the Fonds-Parisienne community and to raise them to highest level through unparalleled trades skills training.

The main mission of the Naty de Savio Technical Center (CTNS) is to promote the development of the skills of young Haitian college students, academics, professionals, and even the homeless and otherwise unemployed, particularly those of Fonds-Parisien, by teaching them a solid, dynamic and effective training at the forefront of technology (with the possibility of taking courses online as well), and ethical values in order to allow them to enter the professional world by being a major asset, becoming a reference in the evolution of the local labor market.

Here at CTNS, our slogan is:

'A PILLAR TO REACH THE SUMMIT OF EXCELLENCE.'

From this slogan flows the whole vision of this formation center established by Reverend Father Wilgintz Polynice, SDB (Salesians of Don Bosco).
